In these small group classes, we prioritize quality coaching & quality movement. We want our people taking pride in moving well & moving safely. If you're eager to learn new skills, interested in looking better naked, excited to take on new movements & challenging workouts, FIT Class is for you!
SWEAT is the Cardio & Core Work Class! a quick, simple, & effective 45-MIN Coached Class - perfect for those to shut their brain off & move!
YOGA is offered two evenings per week: HATHA & YIN Coach Lead Classes Available - the perfect compliment to your strength training work.
Because we prioritize safe & quality movements, new members are required to complete our FUNDAMENTALS SESSIONS (Personal Training Sessions with a Coach), before taking FIT or SWEAT Classes. These sessions are to help you feel more comfortable & confident jumping in; making it the best experience possible for you & the other athletes in the class.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
